Delivery Info
Delivery Info Delivery Lead Times - 1 3 weeks depending on country of origin, unless back ordered. See below.
Season Opening Order - initial orders are accumulated for 2 weeks; they will be ready for delivery in the 3rd week from Grand Opening.
Weekly Delivery after season opening orders (above) all orders placed by Thursday at 12:00pm will be ready for shipping/pick-up the following Friday afternoon (7 day accumulation). * Non Local products all non-local products (*) may take up to 14 days for delivery as designated in the store.
Merchandise Availability - If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship the in-stock items. Your packing slip will indicate back-ordered items. As soon as the back-ordered merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we will ship it directly to you.
Order Pick-Up option - at SportsMoms HQ Fridays from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm (183 W. 6th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V5Y 1K3, phone: 604 568 8575).
Local Courier option All orders with-in the Lower mainland will be delivered prepaid local courier, $10 flat fee, if PICK-UP option (above) is not specified on shopping cart order. Shipping carriers Outside the lower mainland Merchandise is shipped via Local courier, UPS, Purolator or Canada Post Mail, however we ask that you provide a street address rather than a Post Office Box. Larger orders may take an additional week or two depending on availability. Overnight delivery is available for an additional charge. NOTE: Please indicate clearly if your order is needed for a certain date, so we may ship accordingly.
Shipping calculations- Freight is calculated according to the total weight of your order based on Carriers online calculations. |
